Lush Green Retreat was conceived as more than a place to stay: a family-oriented holiday home and recreational retreat set within a substantial landscaped South Andaman estate near Wandoor.
Its long-standing idea is simple — spend time together, slow down, enjoy the landscape, explore the surroundings and make recreation part of the stay. The familiar Lush Green “fun & play” thought remains part of the brand heritage.

Lush Green Retreat extends across approximately 8.06 acres (about 32,600 sq.m) at Hasmatabad near Wandoor. The estate has been developed over time with accommodation and recreation infrastructure, landscaped grounds, internal site development and substantial open areas.

Family Recreation — Fun & Play
Family recreation has always been central to the Lush Green concept. Historical Lush Green material documents a broad recreation platform that included swimming, indoor games, water-based recreation, outdoor spaces and other family activities.
That recreation heritage remains part of the Lush Green story. Individual facilities will be presented as current guest offerings only when their present condition and readiness have been confirmed.
Family recreation, indoor and outdoor leisure spaces, and nature-led experiences form part of the Lush Green story.
At the Gateway to Wandoor
Lush Green Retreat is located at Hasmatabad near Wandoor in South Andaman. Wandoor is a recognised access point for the Mahatma Gandhi Marine National Park and the associated island-excursion circuit.
Wandoor Beach, Mahatma Gandhi Marine National Park, Jolly Buoy and Red Skin are presented for destination context only. Access, permits, boat operations, safety restrictions and opening conditions remain under the control of the relevant authorities.

Lush Green Retreat is presently being evaluated for revival, restoration and repositioning. Guest bookings are not currently being accepted through this website. For now, the focus is on the estate, its established identity, landscape, history and future potential, with present operating information kept clear and current.
