1. About This Website
This website presents Lush Green Retreat — A Holiday Home & Family Recreational Center — at Survey No. 5, State Highway 8, Hasmatabad, Ferrargunj Tehsil, South Andaman, Andaman & Nicobar Islands – 744103, India, together with information about its estate, history, accommodation setting, family-recreation identity, destination context and strategic-enquiry route.
2. Website V1.0 Is Not a Booking Platform
Guest bookings and online reservations are not currently being accepted through Website V1.0. The website should not be treated as displaying live availability, tariffs, packages, room inventory, booking conditions or a reservation commitment. “Book Now”, “Check Availability”, OTA links and similar booking controls are intentionally excluded until operations, licences, inventory, tariffs and booking policies are separately verified and approved.
3. Current, Historic and Future Information
The website may describe current estate features, historic operating-period material and future revival or repositioning concepts. Historic photographs, advertisements, facilities or descriptions do not by themselves mean that the same facility or service is currently available. Future or proposed concepts are subject to verification, approvals and implementation.
4. Property and Facility Information
The public website uses controlled, high-level descriptions and qualified figures. Exact room counts, capacities, dimensions, detailed developed/open-area calculations and operational availability should not be assumed unless they are expressly verified and published as current information. The estate-area description may use “approximately 8.06 acres / about 32,600 sq.m” only with the approved qualification.
5. Wandoor and Destination Information
References to Wandoor Beach, Mahatma Gandhi Marine National Park, Jolly Buoy, Red Skin and other destination features are provided for general location and destination context. They are not part of the Lush Green Retreat property and no ownership, affiliation, guaranteed access, boat service, permit, excursion, swimming condition or activity is implied. Protected-area access, permits, boat schedules, island openings, safety restrictions, weather and visitor rules are controlled by the relevant authorities and may change. Visitors should check current official Government, Tourism, District Administration and Forest Department information before travel.
6. Strategic Enquiries
The Strategic Enquiries page and linked public Investment & Strategic Opportunity Booklet are intended only for preliminary, non-binding evaluation by potentially suitable investors, acquirers, operators, strategic partners and other counterparties. Public descriptions of acquisition, investment/revival participation, joint venture, long-term operating arrangements or other structures are indicative only.
Any published asking price, revival/equity target or transaction structure is non-binding and remains subject to verification, management screening, due diligence, applicable approvals, required releases or restructuring where relevant, mutually acceptable terms and definitive documentation. Nothing on the public website constitutes an offer, solicitation, valuation, representation, warranty, investment recommendation or commitment to enter into any transaction. No return, yield, completion timetable or transaction outcome is promised or guaranteed.
7. Confidential Information
Certain approved high-level commercial figures, including an indicative asking price or revival/equity participation target, may be published in the public Investment & Strategic Opportunity Booklet. Detailed lender/security matters, reserve prices, litigation strategy, valuation workings, financial statements, internal revival budgets, title/security records and other due-diligence material remain excluded from the public website. Confidential information may be shared only through a controlled process after management approval and, where appropriate, confidentiality arrangements.

Submitting a general or strategic enquiry does not create an obligation on either side.
