- To distinguish general enquiries from strategic enquiries in internal routing and records.
- To maintain a dated record of submissions and relevant follow-up where appropriate.
- To support website security, spam prevention, form administration and controlled follow-up.
- For strategic enquiries, to decide whether any further confidential material should be shared. No confidential booklet, CIM or due-diligence material is released automatically through the public form.
5. Sensitive or Confidential Information
Please do not send bank statements, identity documents, investment proof, confidential financial information, title/security records, account statements, or other sensitive documents through the first public enquiry form. Where detailed diligence is appropriate, information should be exchanged later through a controlled process approved by management.
6. Access, Storage and Security
Form submissions are intended to be stored and transmitted using reasonable access controls and to be available only to persons who need the information for legitimate enquiry handling. Spam protection should be enabled without making the forms unnecessarily difficult to use. Email routing, form handling and SMTP/hosting configuration should be maintained securely and tested as part of website operation.
7. Retention
Enquiry information will be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to the enquiry, maintain appropriate business records and follow-up, or meet applicable business or legal requirements. Information may thereafter be deleted when no longer required.
8. Correction or Deletion Requests
A person who has submitted an enquiry may request correction or deletion of their contact information where appropriate by emailing general@lushgreenretreat.com or by using the Contact page. Requests will be routed for management review.
9. Analytics, Cookies and Third-Party Tracking
No third-party analytics or marketing pixel should be added to Website V1.0 without prior approval and privacy review. If analytics, non-essential cookies or marketing technologies are introduced later, this Privacy Notice and the website’s consent controls should be reviewed before implementation.
10. Destination and External Links
The website may link to official tourism, district, forest, map or other external resources for destination and location context. Those external websites operate under their own privacy and data-handling practices.
