THE HOLIDAY HOME
Accommodation within a landscaped South Andaman estate.
Accommodation Within the Estate
Accommodation has always formed part of the Lush Green Retreat concept, integrated with landscaped grounds, recreation areas and open spaces rather than treated as a stand-alone lodging block.
The accommodation is presented as part of the overall holiday-home experience: a place to stay within the estate while enjoying the setting, family time and the wider Wandoor destination.
Historical Accommodation Character
Historic Lush Green company material describes the accommodation platform as including a farmhouse-villa format, multi-bedroom villa-style accommodation and family cottages.
Those descriptions form part of the accommodation story. Current guest accommodation will be presented only where its category and readiness are confirmed.

The Holiday-Home Setting
A Holiday-Home Setting

Villa & Cottage Character
The historic accommodation concept included villa-style and cottage-style spaces, giving the Holiday Home a distinctly family-oriented character.
Landscape Around the Stay
The accommodation story belongs together with gardens, internal open spaces and the wider estate setting.

The Retreat’s Hasmatabad location places it near Wandoor and the South Andaman nature-destination corridor.
The Holiday Home is Preparing for its Next Chapter
